Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5 and 15 business days depending on your location.
If you do not receive your order, please email us via the contact form provided on this website. To ensure your enquiry is responded to as quickly as possible please select the “Existing Orders” from the drop-down menu on the form.
Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that any relevant duties and taxes that may apply are to be paid by the receiver of the goods at time of delivery.
Replacement and Refunds
Goods dispatched by Torrens Press are packaged in double-walled cartons for added protection during freight and leave our warehouse in perfect order. If the product you have purchased is substantially unfit for its common purpose or if it does not meet the specific purpose you asked for at the time of purchase, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Requests for replacement products or refunds should be sent via the contact form provided on our contact page and must be received within 14 days of dispatch. To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible please select the “Existing Orders” from the drop-down menu on the form.
Products must be returned in original condition, and ideally, with a protective wrapping to avoid damage in transit.
Replacement
If, however, your goods are damaged on delivery we will exchange them on return of the damaged goods usually within fourteen (14) days and on your acceptance that the exchanged book set will contain a different number. The numbered set you receive will be dependent on the next available book set because orders are processed in the order they are received.
To request a replacement product please provide:
- Proof of purchase;
- The packing slip when returning the damaged goods to us;
- A description of the fault;
- Evidence of the fault, such as a photo; and
- Your registered username OR your full name, contact details including your email and residential address (and your shipping address if different)
Your request will be assessed and, subject to assessment, you will be notified and a replacement product(s) will be dispatched to you free of charge and the cost of the return freight and re-delivery will happily be paid by us.
Refunds
A refund will only be provided in circumstances where a replacement is not possible.
Please be advised that refunds will not be granted for a change of mind or in instances where misuse of a product in any way has caused a fault for which a refund is being requested.
Refunds will not be provided for goods returned in non-merchantable condition. Lane Print and Post, as the provider distribution services, will make a fair and reasonable determination of what constitutes merchantable condition on a case by case basis.

Privacy and Security
Torrens Press will collect the personal information you provide here to register you and enable its service provider Lane Print and Post to process your order and for administration associated with your order such as quality assurance and auditing. If Torrens Press does not collect this information it will not be able to process your registration and/or order. Torrens Press will disclose your personal information to its service provider Lane Print and Post but will not usually disclose your personal information to anyone else or to overseas recipients. We do not sell, share or disclose any personal information to any third party without consent unless required by law.
Credit Card Payments
When purchasing from Torrens Press using this site, card details are transmitted using Mijireh Checkout, a securely hosted, PCI compliant system. Card data is not hosted by Torrens Press or Lane Print after processing.
Electronic mail addresses
Your e-mail address will only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which you have provided it and it will not be added to a mailing list or used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent. We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message or create an account.
You should note that there are inherent risks associated with using the Internet as a transmission medium in that when you send information over the Internet it might be possible for other people to see what you are sending. If this is of concern to you, then you should use other methods of communication.
